Job Description

Product Solutions Architect leading pre-sales, customer integrations, and AI prototypes for Gracenote, Nielsen’s entertainment data and technology provider. Guiding clients from discovery through production deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery sessions and assess client needs
  • Demonstrate the value of Gracenote’s metadata, AI, and MCP solutions
  • Lead technical workshops and proof-of-concepts
  • Own customer integration planning through adoption and production deployment
  • Guide client engineering teams through integration best practices during onboarding
  • Provide architectural oversight and technical strategy for deployment via standard APIs and agentic frameworks
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable product-team requests
  • Create or update technical documentation to drive customer self-sufficiency
  • Test and validate new products as Customer Zero
  • Lead rapid prototyping of focused, single-purpose AI agents
  • Translate entertainment workflows into hands-on prototypes and architectural blueprints

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering
  • Proven experience bridging business objectives and technical implementation
  • Experience guiding customers through complex software integrations
  • Strong foundation in Restful APIs, SQL, ETL, and structured data formats (JSON/XML)
  • Understanding of modern AI-based tech stacks, including tool chaining, prompt engineering, and identity management (e.g., AWS Cognito)
  • Proven ability to bridge complex architectures and business objectives
  • Expert communication skills for C-level executives, business contacts, and engineering teams
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, primarily in North America, up to 30% of the time
  • Periodic international travel may be required
