Job Description
Netflix Senior Program Manager prioritizing GenAI programs and driving AI-tool adoption across its global games organization. Defining roadmaps, experiments, vendor engagements, and scalable gaming solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support product engineering workstreams through detailed milestone planning, running agile development processes, clarifying priorities, and tracking sprints and deliverables
- Work with technologies across the game organization stack, including game engines, services, and agentic systems such as Claude Code, Cowork, OpenClaw, custom agents, and bots
- Partner with engineering, platform, and studio teams to align prioritization, sequencing, and dependencies, and surface risks before they block delivery
- Identify opportunities where AI can add value, defining customizations, learning materials, and program plans to drive adoption
- Advise game studio and platform teams on existing initiatives and integration of new tools within the broader ecosystem
- Create and deliver regular training and communications materials to support tool adoption
- Produce custom AI skills and tools supporting workflows and tasks across functions
- Write status updates, decision documents, and alignment artifacts
- Analyze usage metrics, adoption funnels, survey results, and other engagement data to surface trends and formulate recommendations
- Define KPIs and success metrics, and design and run lightweight experiments such as A/B tests and cohort comparisons
- Identify GenAI opportunities to accelerate game development through stakeholder interviews and technical deep-dive workshops
- Derive insights from user research and quantitative data to create product roadmaps and prioritize high-return investments
- Track the fast-moving GenAI landscape and translate relevant developments into concrete business solutions
- Engage and manage external vendors, shape project proposals, and oversee project deliverables
- Collaborate with engineering and platform teams on scalable solutions for model inference, data pipelines, responsible AI compliance, safety guardrails, and graceful degradation
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in program management and/or product management, focused on technology portfolios
- 5+ years of experience in the games industry
- Product management experience, identifying user needs, defining product strategy & roadmaps, running development workstreams
- Experience in games industry partner engagements or business development, defining projects, SOWs, deliverables, and overseeing project deliveries
- Experience managing technical vendor engagements, defining scope of work, staffing plans, and deliverables, and tracking vendor performance against SOW terms
- Experience and deep understanding of games business operations and data needs, defining content for decision making, greenlight, gate review processes
- Strong hands-on experience working with AI technologies such as Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, M365 Copilot
- Ability to develop custom skills, tutorials, communication materials including written, interactive, video
- Proven ability to design and implement tool adoption frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits from the ground up
- Comfort translating ambiguous technical goals into structured project plans with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies
- Experience convening and facilitating employee communities to drive new initiatives and employee engagement
- Experience in executive and employee presentations, storytelling and communications
- Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies for global, cross-functional audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage change at a portfolio level, balancing multiple concurrent programs and proactively identifying change saturation risks
- Exceptional facilitation skills; experience designing and leading workshops, readiness assessments, and cross-functional alignment sessions
- Preferred: Experience with GenAI tools and intelligent automation platforms such as Google Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, and Zapier
- Preferred: Track record of driving adoption of GenAI technologies in a business context
- Preferred: Track record building alignment and driving decisions across a broad stakeholder map
- Preferred: Experience with experimentation or analytics tooling such as dbt, Looker, Tableau, and Kragle
