Job Description
Senior Program Manager managing Salesforce's Mission Readiness Experience for military service members. Driving talent development and strategic partnerships for Missionforce Professional Services.
Responsibilities:
- Design and launch the Mission Readiness Experience (MRE) program
- Establish relationships and collaborate with the Salesforce recruitment team and our external talent partners
- Build a sustainable, high-impact talent pipeline aligned to Missionforce delivery needs
- Drive measurable business outcomes including billable capacity, certifications, and retention
- Define and operationalize the vision, structure, and roadmap for the Mission Readiness Experience (MRE)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, talent development, or workforce development
- Proven experience launching and scaling complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong understanding of professional services delivery models
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing without authority
- Demonstrated ability to design structured learning or development programs
- Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil who does not hold dual citizenship with the ability to meet customer and government screening standards applicable to this role.
