Job Description
Program Manager managing patient support programs to enhance client relations and operational performance for healthcare clients. Overseeing caseworker teams and ensuring program deliverables are met.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall program management
- Communicate with program stakeholders
- Ensure smooth operations and resolve issues
- Supervise the team of caseworkers assigned to the programs
Requirements:
- University degree preferred (health sciences, life sciences, or a related field) or equivalent experience
- Bilingual French/English preferred
- Experience supervising or managing in a contact centre and/or pharmaceutical environment preferred
- Experience with patient support programs and reimbursement navigation preferred
