Job Description

Program Management Lead managing a portfolio of partnership initiatives at Ōura. Focusing on strategic execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of partnership programs—from contract execution to go-to-market launch and performance tracking.
  • Develop and execute onboarding and operational workflows that set up partners for success.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align internal resources and timelines with partner needs.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure partner success and program impact.
  • Support deal structuring, business case development, and partner growth strategies in collaboration with business development and strategy leads.
  • Build scalable tools, templates, and processes to streamline commercial partnerships operations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations and proactively manage partnership risks.
  • Able to lead conversations with both internal and external leadership stakeholders regarding timing and overall execution

Requirements:

  • 10+ years managing partnership engagement, development and deployment, especially with or at financial institutions. Focused on executing against high-level co-branded product requirements, product GTM strategy, commercial partnership strategy, UI/UX design strategy, and/or program/project management.
  • Experience managing product partnerships.
  • This role will require you to be comfortable in large group settings, stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a cross functional team
  • Familiarity with program management best practices and the ability to integrate with various stakeholders across the organization.
  • PM experience (PMP certification preferred).
