Job Description

Program Manager leading customer-facing projects across global deployments in AI infrastructure and data center cooling systems. Responsible for full project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of global, multi-million-dollar projects (AI factories, hyperscale deployments, retrofits, edge sites)
  • Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality across complex, cross-functional programs
  • Drive structured execution using WBS, critical path, RAID logs, and governance frameworks
  • Own full project accountability, serving as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers
  • Lead all key project forums: kickoffs, design reviews, steering committees, FAT/SAT
  • Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans, escalating with solutions
  • Ensure seamless handover to operations and customer success, including documentation and lessons learned
  • Work closely with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure delivery excellence
  • Operate in a global environment, managing stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Engage directly with customers, including on-site support when required

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of project/program management experience in hardware or electro-mechanical systems (preference for data center infrastructure, cooling systems, power distribution, or rack integration)
  • Experience delivering complex, customer-facing infrastructure projects
  • Strong technical acumen in at least one of: mechanical, electrical, thermal, or structural engineering as it applies to data center equipment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams
  • Familiarity with structured project methodologies (Waterfall/hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
  • Proven ability to lead without authority and drive accountability
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and executive stakeholders
  • PMP or equivalent certification- advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field- preferred
  • Fluent English; additional languages - a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
