Job Description
Project Manager in Media Analytics shaping and advancing data-driven projects at Redcare Pharmacy. Linking strategic business goals with data-driven solutions for media performance enhancement.
Responsibilities:
- In this role you will have the opportunity to design and further develop data-driven projects in the media analytics environment from the ground up.
- You lead data-driven projects (e.g., Auction Insights) — from requirements analysis and prioritization to implementation and testing, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- You identify and translate business needs into concrete requirements for data structures, analyses and reports/dashboards — you will work partially within the Scrum framework.
- You create analyses and reports/dashboards for internal and external clients.
- You expand our reporting infrastructure and ensure standardization and documentation across all markets.
- You develop and implement frameworks to optimize the measurement of media performance — e.g., attribution, uplift, engagement.
Requirements:
- You hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable field.
- You have several years of experience in data-driven projects within the marketing area — ideally in the media or retail environment.
- You think analytically, are highly proficient in Excel and have experience with a BI tool.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of AdTech (Kevel), Power BI / DAX / data modeling and Jira/Scrum.
- You communicate clearly and involve strategically and operationally relevant stakeholders.
- You are fluent in German and English.
