Job Description
Senior Project Manager leading multidisciplinary teams on digital projects for agencies and startups. Managing project lifecycles, communication, and strategic delivery in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across diverse digital initiatives
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Track milestones, and report progress directly to the CEO
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and productivity
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Resolve blockers and optimize workflows for efficiency and quality
- Understand project requirements and advise on technical feasibility
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and escalations
- Translate complex project details into clear insights for stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience in digital agencies or product studios
- Have worked with US and Canada based clients
- Experience managing multiple diverse projects across design and development
- Proven track record delivering complex projects end-to-end
- Exceptional English communication skills ( C1 level ) – written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Extremely passionate about problem solving
- Amazing in daily communication and reporting
- Familiarity with no-code tools (Webflow, Shopify) is a plus but not required
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
- Background in digital marketing, UX/UI, or product strategy
