Job Description
Talent Project Manager coordinating HR support services and Talent Transformation projects in India. Involves project lifecycle support, stakeholder coordination, and governance for effective delivery across regions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day coordination support across Talent Transformation projects
- Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs, track progress, and ensure alignment
- Maintain project governance artefacts, including status reports, action logs, and risk and issue trackers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Post Grad in business or HR related discipline preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR or related field
- Preferred experience includes working in: Change management / Talent Operations type roles international and diverse environments Matrix organisations Project management
