Job Description

Senior Remote Property Manager responsible for managing short-term rental properties. Focus on optimizing operations, driving revenue, and enhancing guest experiences remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple short-term rental properties
  • Handle bookings, calendars, and guest communication with professionalism
  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently
  • Ensure consistently high guest satisfaction and strong review ratings
  • Implement and refine dynamic pricing strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Optimize listings to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational performance
  • Use Property Management Systems (PMS) to streamline workflows
  • Automate guest communication and operational processes
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date property and booking data
  • Ensure compliance with applicable short-term rental regulations

Requirements:
