Job Description
Remote Property Manager overseeing operations of short-term rental properties in France. Optimize revenue and enhance guest experiences in a growing international market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for multiple rental properties across France
- Handle bookings, calendar management, and guest communication professionally
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently
- Maintain high guest satisfaction and review ratings
- Implement pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize listings
- Continuously improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to manage listings and automate workflows
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational data, including calendars and bookings
- Implement automation tools to improve guest communication and operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to local rental laws, taxation rules, and regulations
- Apply industry best practices for risk management and operational excellence
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience managing short-term rental properties in France or Europe
- Strong operational knowledge of pricing, booking flows, and guest management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote setting
- Experience with property management software and operational tools
- Familiarity with French and EU rental regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills and professional customer service mindset
- Multilingual skills, particularly French and English, are a plus
