Job Description

Remote Property Manager overseeing operations of short-term rental properties in France. Optimize revenue and enhance guest experiences in a growing international market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for multiple rental properties across France
  • Handle bookings, calendar management, and guest communication professionally
  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction and review ratings
  • Implement pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize listings
  • Continuously improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency
  • Utilize property management systems (PMS) to manage listings and automate workflows
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational data, including calendars and bookings
  • Implement automation tools to improve guest communication and operational efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to local rental laws, taxation rules, and regulations
  • Apply industry best practices for risk management and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience managing short-term rental properties in France or Europe
  • Strong operational knowledge of pricing, booking flows, and guest management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote setting
  • Experience with property management software and operational tools
  • Familiarity with French and EU rental regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication skills and professional customer service mindset
  • Multilingual skills, particularly French and English, are a plus
