Job Description
Analista de Qualidade Sr garantindo a qualidade de sistemas em um ambiente dinâmico. Atuando com testes manuais e automação colaborando em um time ágil.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of our systems in a dynamic environment by performing manual and automated testing, anticipating risks, and collaborating with agile teams to improve processes and deliver reliable retail solutions.
- Plan, execute, and document functional and non-functional tests on .NET systems.
- Build test automation for web applications and REST APIs.
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases, scenarios, and evidence.
- Log, track, and validate defects and fixes.
- Actively contribute to agile ceremonies, promoting a quality-first mindset.
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and architects to anticipate risks and improve processes.
- Support releases and analyze behavior in production environments with an investigative mindset.
- Help the team define acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to the evolution of QA processes and best practices.
- Document the release process by creating checklists, reports, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
- Support the team in the continuous improvement of release and versioning processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of manual functional testing.
- Experience with test automation using Robot Framework.
- Experience testing REST APIs (Postman, Swagger, Insomnia, or similar tools).
- Creation and maintenance of test cases and scenarios.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
- Experience with test and bug management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Analytical, communicative, and problem-solving mindset.
