Job Description

Senior Recruiter managing full-cycle recruitment for a media client. Focused on high-volume hiring across sales, technology, and marketing functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle (360) recruitment across multiple role types and seniority levels
  • Manage high-volume hiring pipelines for a key media-focused client
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles and drive hiring priorities
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other channels
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews through to offer stage
  • Maintain accurate hiring data, reporting, and pipeline tracking within ATS

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or 360 Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting across diverse functions
  • Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms)
  • Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills
  • Ability to work consistently within EST hours and manage multiple active searches
  • Background in agency recruitment or embedded client-side recruiting (preferred)
  • Experience recruiting within podcasting, media, or digital content industries (preferred)
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools (preferred)
