Job Description
Senior Recruiter driving full-cycle SaaS sales and professional services hiring for OpenGov’s AI and ERP platform serving local and state governments. Managing pipelines, screens, and hiring-manager partnerships on a short-term remote contract.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned Sales and Professional Services requisitions from intake through offer acceptance
- Build and activate active and passive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Recruit SaaS sales talent and Professional Services implementation/project management profiles
- Conduct thorough candidate screens against role requirements and OpenGov's hiring bar
- Serve as primary contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
- Manage candidate data and pipeline activity in Ashby
- Partner with the Recruiting Manager on priority shifts, capacity alignment, and coverage needs
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, velocity, and hiring blockers to Sales and Professional Services stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company ideally
- Experience recruiting for Sales roles and/or Professional Services roles strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS
- Experience with Ashby a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate pipeline status clearly
- Self-directed and autonomous, with immediate contribution and minimal onboarding
- Contract/W2 or 1099 engagement
- US-based preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- No immigration sponsorship requirement stated as a qualification
