Job Description
Senior Sales Engineer supporting pre-sales processes and technical evaluations in manufacturing. Partnering with sales teams and leveraging IT and OT expertise to guide customers.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and guide prospects through technical evaluation
- Deliver compelling demonstrations that highlight the business value of Arch’s manufacturing AI and data platform
- Define, plan, and execute pilots and proofs of concept (PoCs)
- Work with customers to understand manufacturing processes and challenges
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams for integrated solutions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering role within manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of IT and OT systems
- Fluent written and spoken English required; additional languages are a strong plus for supporting global customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
