Job Description
Senior Sales Manager for automotive and industrial precision welding services, focusing on market development and consultative sales cycles with 40–60% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new automotive and industrial customer accounts
- Lead consultative RFQ-based sales cycles
- Review technical documentation and production requirements
- Align manufacturing capabilities with customer planning cycles
- Support long-term supplier integration and repeat business
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing sales
- Background in fabrication, contract manufacturing, or precision components
- Familiarity with supplier qualification and production environments
- Relationship-driven B2B sales experience
- Stable career history preferred
- Engineering background is a plus, not required.
