Job Description
Senior Salesforce Consultant leading project teams for client implementations while ensuring Salesforce solutions are tailored to customer needs in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- You lead various project teams in implementing client projects
- Advise on the alignment and design of Salesforce-based IT solutions for our clients, including requirements management and solution design
- Analyze and document existing processes to map them into Salesforce
- You act as the primary point of contact for our clients' challenges
- You serve as the interface between clients and our developers
- You conduct trainings and workshops and prepare our clients for go-live
- Ongoing professional development and Salesforce certification
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
- Several years of experience as a consultant or project lead in the Salesforce environment
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ideally, you have knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
- Knowledge of C++ or Java is a plus
