Job Description
Senior Salesforce Consultant working on Salesforce solutions for customers in a specialized firm. Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to implement effective Salesforce strategies.
Responsibilities:
- As a Salesforce Consultant, you are the first point of contact for our clients when it comes to evolving their Salesforce solutions.
- You analyze business processes, develop concepts, implement requirements in Salesforce, and work closely with our development team.
- Your goal: smart solutions that work in daily operations and delight our clients long-term.
- Advise clients on Salesforce-related topics – from the initial discussion to the delivered solution
- Analyze requirements, conduct workshops, and create functional specifications
- Identify optimization opportunities within Salesforce
- Configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Clouds)
- Support the introduction of new features and processes
- Collaborate with developers on more complex requirements
- Support testing, training, and rollouts
- Document implementations – clear, traceable, and to the point
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Admin (minimum 3 years on the client side or in a consulting firm)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud
- Ideally experience configuring Salesforce Media Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Loyalty Cloud, as well as OmniStudio – alternatively strong interest in gaining expertise in these areas
- At least 3 Salesforce certifications
- Understanding of business processes and a good sense for client needs; experience in business functions (e.g., as a service manager or sales representative) is desirable
- Independent, structured working style and enjoyment in engaging with clients
- Excellent German skills and good English skills
