Job Description
Senior Salesforce Platform Strategist focused on enterprise CRM transformation and platform strategy. Leading technical initiatives for scalable Salesforce solutions in a global context.
Responsibilities:
- Develop forward-looking Salesforce platform strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across multi-cloud environments.
- Create comprehensive solution blueprints including data architecture, automation frameworks, and integration models.
- Define system boundaries, integration standards, and governance policies to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Drive platform rationalization and modernization initiatives.
- Lead design across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Architect API-first integrations connecting Salesforce with ERP systems, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
- Implement automation strategies using Flow, Apex, platform events, and orchestration tools.
- Design enterprise-grade security and data governance frameworks.
- Ensure high system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Establish architecture review processes and enforce engineering best practices.
- Provide technical mentorship to architects, developers, and consultants.
- Identify architectural risks and ensure proactive mitigation strategies.
- Oversee solution quality from design through deployment and post-go-live optimization.
- Engage senior stakeholders to align CRM initiatives with strategic priorities.
- Translate complex technical designs into business value narratives.
- Lead roadmap planning sessions and executive solution presentations.
- Guide decision-making on platform enhancements, AI adoption, and digital transformation investments.
- Contribute to proposal development, technical estimations, and pre-sales strategy.
- Build reusable solution frameworks and architectural standards.
- Foster a culture of innovation, documentation excellence, and knowledge sharing.
- Support capability development across the Salesforce practice.
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proven leadership in architecting large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce programs.
- Strong expertise in integrations, automation, API design, and data modeling.
- Experience designing secure, scalable solutions across global deployments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives, technical teams, and business users.
- Experience working with international stakeholders (US/UK markets preferred).
