Job Description
Solution Architect providing architectural leadership across large Salesforce engagements for Defense & National Security. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable mission-aligned solutions while ensuring project integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the client
- Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice
- Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies
- Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track
- Drive a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies to enable technologies including the Salesforce platform
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform
- Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy
- Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs
- Experience in documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools
- Strong presentation skills; able to effectively present a point of view
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A great listener with the ability to connect with people in diverse roles
