Job Description
Solution Consultant delivering strategic software solutions for customers at Ideagen. Configuring and personalizing software to meet business needs with a focus on transformational initiatives and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering successful customer outcomes across critical and strategic engagements.
- Supporting customers through transformational initiatives to maximise the value of their solution.
- Managing project consulting deliverables and ensuring alignment with agreed scope.
- Communicating effectively with senior customer stakeholders and internal colleagues.
- Researching industry trends and emerging ideas to help strengthen thought leadership.
- Creating and presenting proposals, demonstrating commercial awareness and financial understanding.
- Understanding evolving market trends and the broader competitive landscape.
- Developing and delivering world-class onboarding and training materials to accelerate consultant readiness.
Requirements:
- years of consulting experience, ideally within technology or SaaS environments.
- You are recognised for your expertise in configuring, personalising, or developing Ideagen software (or similar solutions) to meet customer needs.
- You demonstrate strong presence and credibility when engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- You are highly organised, with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You are innovative, forward-thinking, and comfortable shaping new ideas and approaches.
- You have proficiency in relevant tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office and SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce).
- You have experience supporting or managing others, such as through coaching, mentoring, or matrix leadership.
- You bring strong leadership qualities, effective negotiation skills, and experience in business development.
