Job Description
Senior Solutions Engineer helping NetBox Labs sell network automation products to AI-focused enterprise customers. Running technical demos, proofs of concept, prospecting campaigns, and pipeline generation with Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze prospects’ pain points, use cases, roles, and business objectives
- Champion the technical positioning of NetBox Labs products during engagements with AI customers
- Educate customers and prospects on NetBox Labs solutions and their alignment with the AI space
- Run technical product demonstrations and proofs of concept
- Explain the value proposition of NetBox Labs solutions to prospects
- Translate technical environments and product solutions into big-picture value statements and technical-win strategies with Sales
- Pre-qualify prospects through inbound and strategic outbound campaigns using email, phone, and social channels
- Build revenue pipeline by setting first meetings with qualified users and senior decision makers
- Maintain accurate prospect data in HubSpot
- Collaborate with the SE Leader, Head of Marketing, Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and VP of Sales
- Dynamically adjust sales strategy based on real-time market feedback
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS or open source SaaS offerings to AI companies or customers seeking AI solutions
- 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Passion for technology and ability to break down complex technical subjects
- Superior listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
- Strong time and project management skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Energy, tenacity, and persistence
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, Seamless.ai, and similar tools
- Familiarity with infrastructure commonly used in AI/ML applications, such as NVIDIA GPUs
- Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, including training and inference
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and its role in AI/ML workloads
- Familiarity with NetBox, network engineering, and/or network automation use cases, including Python and Ansible
- Authorization to work in the U.S. is requested in the application form
