Job Description
Senior Strategic Partner Development Manager focused on expanding Coder's partner ecosystem. Leading engagement with high-potential partners to drive revenue and operational success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and onboard a portfolio of high-potential in-region partners
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and go-to-market strategy
- Cultivate and manage relationships with partner leadership across key functional areas
- Lead and facilitate executive QBRs, joint marketing engagements, and technical enablement
- Coordinate Coder’s partner sales managers to execute field-level sales awareness and enablement campaigns
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, and/or sales
- Possess a quantifiable record of success in business development
- Understand complex sales processes
- Experience building and growing successful relationships with SIs and VARs
- Strong work ethic and can move fast in a startup environment
- Player/coach mentality
- Willing to go outside the bounds of their job description and comfort zone
- Curious about technology and constantly learning
- Take initiative and own the outcome
- Look for ways to add value to Coder
