Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager leading high-volume recruiting teams and sourcing strategy. Partnering with HR and hiring managers to deliver diverse talent efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Recruiters and Advisors delivering high-quality, high-volume staffing services
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Build targeted sourcing plans and work directly with hiring managers and business partners
  • Build and maintain a strong high-volume recruiting team through hiring, development, team building, and performance management
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and service-oriented culture supporting timely delivery of diverse talent
  • Manage recruiter activity levels and workload balance
  • Collaborate with HR Advisors and HRBPs on programming and core-program changes
  • Monitor onboarding to ensure candidates flow effectively through the system
  • Work with Talent Strategies and Employment Branding to integrate scalable, repeatable sourcing platforms into recruiting strategy
  • Coach key hiring managers and provide direction on hiring requirements
  • Partner with compensation to deliver appropriate total rewards
  • Liaise with Corporate and Talent Management Centers of Excellence to broker talent across openings
  • Recommend talent required to support the business
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or related experience)
  • Eight years managing high-volume, exempt, and non-exempt sourcing/recruiting/hiring experience across a variety of client organizations and geographies
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems iCIMS and/or Taleo (ATS) experience preferred
  • Experience creating and deploying data analysis to measure sourcing effectiveness and recruiter productivity
  • Ability to complete deconstructions on the hired talent
  • Expert knowledge of the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing and selecting talent, networking, behavioral-based interviewing, assessments, and candidate experience
  • Ability to build successful candidate profiles, clarify required job skills and competencies, and use the best sourcing strategies for each job category
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels internally and externally with business partners and candidates
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing business needs and processes
  • Strong process orientation, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to analyze data, draw inferences, and make judgments
  • Ability to travel
