Job Description

Senior Recruiter focusing on engineering and technical roles within the rapidly growing life sciences company SSA. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment and enhancing candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for recruiting engineering professionals (field engineers, project engineers, technical specialists)
  • Own full-cycle recruiting end to end and be accountable for outcomes
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand role requirements and performance expectations
  • Proactively source and engage passive technical talent using creative, data-driven approaches
  • Maintain momentum through offer, closing, and onboarding to ensure a strong candidate experience
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of SSA’s recruiting processes, tools, and standards

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical and engineering roles
  • Demonstrated success recruiting in extremely fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with competing priorities
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • High sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
  • Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience recruiting across both technical and corporate functions preferred
