Job Description
Lead client strategies and executive relationships at a fast-growing healthcare technology company, transforming tactical relationships into strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead executive relationships across enterprise health plan clients
- Build QBR and EBR frameworks that drive decisions
- Standardize client communications, agendas, and governance
- Create case studies tied to outcomes and ROI
- Establish a consultative account management model
- Improve executive alignment across client stakeholders
- Coach teams toward enterprise-ready client engagement
Requirements:
- VP, SVP, EVP, or Head-level client strategy leadership
- Enterprise account management or client services experience
- Proven executive stakeholder management experience
- Built scalable QBR, EBR, or governance frameworks
- Created client case studies tied to business outcomes
- Authorized to work in the United States
