Job Description

Lead client strategies and executive relationships at a fast-growing healthcare technology company, transforming tactical relationships into strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead executive relationships across enterprise health plan clients
  • Build QBR and EBR frameworks that drive decisions
  • Standardize client communications, agendas, and governance
  • Create case studies tied to outcomes and ROI
  • Establish a consultative account management model
  • Improve executive alignment across client stakeholders
  • Coach teams toward enterprise-ready client engagement

Requirements:

  • VP, SVP, EVP, or Head-level client strategy leadership
  • Enterprise account management or client services experience
  • Proven executive stakeholder management experience
  • Built scalable QBR, EBR, or governance frameworks
  • Created client case studies tied to business outcomes
  • Authorized to work in the United States
