Job Description
Senior Warehouse Systems Manager directing global distribution systems for RealTruck, a truck and off-road accessory manufacturer. Leading M&A integrations, compliance, automation, vendors, and logistics-technology strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Global Technology and Customer Fulfillment leadership to set the direction for global distribution warehouse systems
- Lead strategic planning, operational management, and compliance for the global distribution network
- Develop and manage current and future M&A activities to bring sites to required system-integration capability levels
- Ensure global distribution system activities and processes comply with ISO standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA, Trade Compliance, VAT, Health & Safety, and applicable laws and regulations
- Establish and enforce programs for MAWM code maintenance and operating-system currency
- Participate in the Global Customer Fulfillment Leader Team and develop and execute U.S. and global logistics-technology strategies
- Identify logistics needs to support business growth and develop and implement new logistics-technology models
- Ensure Business Continuity Plans are in place for global distribution locations
- Build organizational capability and advance distribution processes through warehouse and transactional automation solutions
- Lead and manage integration vendors and partners to ensure on-time system go-lives
- Support RealTruck core values and organizational culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field required
- 10+ years of program management experience required
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Wrike
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in ERP, OMS, and WMS configuration/design
- Experience with Manhattan, IFS, or Korber is a plus
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and vendor/partner management
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for global distribution operations
- Frequent travel may be required; ability to travel as needed
- Ability to perform sedentary office work and use standard office equipment
