Job Description
SEO Specialist managing Offpage SEO and editorial tasks for SEO Galaxy GmbH, enhancing visibility and authority through structured processes in a modern environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing link-building orders on our backlink marketplace
- Communicating with publishers about placements, availability and inquiries
- Outreach, onboarding, reviewing and evaluating domains based on relevant SEO metrics
- Reading, editing and approving SEO texts and guest articles
- Written communication with clients and publishers regarding status, feedback and requirements
- Careful organizational work: deadlines, documentation and clean workflow management
- Expanding publisher networks and supporting new link-building products
Requirements:
- Experience in off-page SEO / link building
- Confident handling of SEO metrics (DR, Trust Flow, traffic, relevance, etc.)
- Excellent written communication and editorial skills
- Experience reviewing, proofreading and optimizing texts (copy editing)
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Enjoys both written and telephone communication with clients and publishers
- Advantageous: experience with tools such as Ahrefs or SISTRIX
