Job Description

Service Account Manager promoting and selling enterprise solutions for Agilent in the Netherlands. Managing accounts and driving business volume with sales expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and selling enterprise solutions, as well as aftersales service contracts, to a designated portfolio of named accounts in Netherlands.
  • Maintaining and expanding existing contracts.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieving financial targets.
  • Managing the installed base inventory and the contract set-up.
  • Consistently monitoring contract performance.
  • Creatively tailoring solutions for needs of various accounts.
  • Generating new business possibilities.
  • Driving account plans.

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • Sales experience in either Agilent's markets, or in enterprise services sales (software, IT)
  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Analysis industry would be a valued asset
  • Perfect networking abilities to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
