Job Description
Service Support Specialist coordinating customer service for CYCLE and Ebike4Delivery. Handling support tickets, managing expectations, and documenting processes in Odoo Helpdesk.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and validate incoming Service Orders and Battery Tickets
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication
- Track and prioritize tickets based on urgency, customer impact, and operational feasibility
- Coordinate with mechanics and operations to resolve service-related issues
- Provide proactive updates and manage customer expectations throughout the ticket lifecycle
- Document all communication and maintain structured records in Odoo Helpdesk
Requirements:
- Fluency in German, English, and Dutch (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Structured, detail-oriented way of working
- Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with operational teams
