Job Description

Service Support Specialist coordinating customer service for CYCLE and Ebike4Delivery. Handling support tickets, managing expectations, and documenting processes in Odoo Helpdesk.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and validate incoming Service Orders and Battery Tickets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication
  • Track and prioritize tickets based on urgency, customer impact, and operational feasibility
  • Coordinate with mechanics and operations to resolve service-related issues
  • Provide proactive updates and manage customer expectations throughout the ticket lifecycle
  • Document all communication and maintain structured records in Odoo Helpdesk

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German, English, and Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
  • Structured, detail-oriented way of working
  • Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems (Odoo is a plus)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with operational teams
