Job Description
Shopify Store Manager optimizing ecommerce strategies and store management for a digital marketing agency. Collaborating with clients to drive business growth and effective store performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery conversations to understand business goals, challenges, budgets, and growth constraints.
- Partner with clients to clarify priorities and success metrics.
- Translate discovery insights into a clear internal brief and ecommerce roadmap.
- Own the Shopify store strategy for assigned clients, aligned to revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and profitability goals.
- Identify growth opportunities across site structure, merchandising, UX, offers, and funnels.
- Coordinate and contribute to Shopify improvements including UX updates, CRO initiatives, product page optimization, and site enhancements.
- Act as the central point of coordination between paid media, retention, creative, and ecommerce initiatives.
- Lead client conversations related to ecommerce performance, priorities, and roadmap.
Requirements:
- Hands on experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals including CRO, merchandising, and funnels.
- Ability to think strategically while staying close to execution.
- Experience working with or alongside paid media, retention, and creative teams.
- Clear, confident client facing communication in English.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes end to end.
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and tools.
