Job Description
Social Media Manager/Affiliate Marketing Lead driving revenue through social media and affiliate marketing at a fast-growing snack brand. Building partnerships and optimizing performance across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute Smartersnacks’ social media strategy (IG, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Create, plan, and publish high-performing content (organic + paid)
- Stay on top of trends, formats, hooks, and viral mechanics
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates (creators, influencers, niche pages)
- Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates
- Create affiliate offers, promo calendars, and campaign pushes
- Monitor affiliate performance and scale what works
- Identify and reach out to creators for paid collaborations
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
- Coordinate campaigns from outreach to execution to reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media growth + affiliate marketing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals
- Data-driven mindset — understands ROAS, CPA, conversions, and attribution
- Knows how to spot creators who actually sell
