Job Description
Social Media Manager responsible for managing content calendars and delivering actionable insights for high-profile brands. Collaborating with teams to create engaging social media content and optimizing performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end management of monthly content calendars
- Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm content ideas
- Monitor and analyze social media performance
- Act as the team's "ear to the ground" for social media trends and competitor activity
- Support live social media coverage for client events
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of hands-on social media management experience, with mandatory agency experience
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for understanding why content performs and how to improve it.
- Proven, hands-on experience in managing, planning, and publishing content calendars for multiple brands.
- Strong, expert-level understanding of all major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) and their content best practices.
- Strong creative sense; proven experience in brainstorming and collaborating with creative and strategy teams.
- Experience with live event social media coverage.
