Job Description
Solutions Architect at Claro Enterprise Solutions driving revenue growth by building relationships with enterprise clients. Collaborating on design and execution of cybersecurity and cloud solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to engage mid-sized enterprise clients
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure proposed services align with overall account strategy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle
- Provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including client meetings and presentations
- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions across multiple portfolios
- Serve as the technical bridge between CES and prospects/customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field (required)
- 5+ years of experience in complex solution sales (required)
- 1–3 years of proven experience selling complex solutions across Cybersecurity, Cloud, Managed Networks and Communications, and IoT with AI portfolios (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required/preferred at a high level)
- CompTIA Network+ (upon hire)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (upon hire)
- ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (upon hire)
- CompTIA Cloud+ (within 120 days of hire)
- CompTIA Security+ (within 120 days of hire)
