Job Description
Solutions Architect II designing secure, scalable cloud and MarTech architectures. Helping Homera Health expand its D2C telemedicine brands through integrations, documentation, and technical leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Define technical vision for assigned projects
- Create roadmaps and challenging, achievable projects
- Collaborate strategically with stakeholders across departments
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Generate and promote new concepts, principles, and methods in solution architecture
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions
- Select and integrate emerging technologies, software, and cloud platforms
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Lead presentations and defend proposed solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with development teams on implementation
- Identify optimization opportunities and propose improvements
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies
- Mentor junior Solution Architects and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture or a related technical role
- 3-5 years of experience in solution design and implementation, with expertise in a specific domain
- Experience with modern MarTech and customer data platforms, including analytics, CDPs, lifecycle marketing, and consent/privacy tooling
- Strong understanding of event tracking, integrations, identity, and data flows across platforms
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex technical projects
- Mastery of cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and IT security
- Strong ability to generate innovative solutions and develop new approaches within solution architecture
- Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification in solution architecture, such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and best practices
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies, such as Docker and AWS ECS
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements, such as CCPA and HIPAA
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide technical teams
- Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget
