Job Description
Solutions Consultant helping PTV Logistics optimize transportation through supply-chain software. Leading value selling, solution design, demos, and client business cases in Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the value-selling process and engage stakeholders at all levels of prospect organizations
- Conduct detailed assessments of clients' supply chain processes
- Identify pain points and design customized solutions aligned to clients' strategic goals
- Develop and deliver tailored value propositions and business cases
- Own solutioning throughout the sales cycle, including presentations, demos, conference room pilots, and proof-of-concept support
- Ensure a structured handover from sales to delivery
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders
- Feed market and customer insights back to Product Management to help shape the roadmap
- Contribute to cross-team enablement and demand generation
- Train peers, share best practices, and support large account initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends
Requirements:
- Solid experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing role in a B2B software environment
- Strong domain knowledge in logistics, supply chain planning, transport optimization, or a closely related field
- Proven ability to run engaging, value-led discovery conversations and product demonstrations
- Skilled at building business cases and translating technical capabilities into measurable customer value
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable with both C-level and operational audiences
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Sales-oriented, collaborative mindset
- Willingness to share knowledge, build assets, and help close deals as part of a stronger team
