Job Description
Solutions Consultant supporting Assured’s insurance claims-processing software for major carriers. Managing integrations, QA, documentation, SQL monitoring, and technical account health.
Responsibilities:
- Run discovery and solution design for deployments and integration strategy with a Client Engagement Manager
- Embed during critical phases, including initial deployment, major expansions, and FDT opportunities
- Own the technical narrative across carrier accounts
- Write defect tickets with clear reproduction steps, sample payloads, and expected versus observed behavior
- Review API payloads for mistranslations and data loss
- Run smoke tests to confirm changes meet carrier requirements before release
- Maintain versioned workflow documentation and field-level mapping specifications
- Monitor account health using production data and SQL to track capture rates and flag anomalies
- Handle internal incident management across carrier accounts
- Escalate critical information and knowledge to the Client Engagement team
- Gradually take ownership of more of the technical relationship for carrier accounts
Requirements:
- Comfort with SQL, JSON, and APIs
- Ability to read payloads, write queries, and reason through a relational data model
- Sharp attention to detail
- Clear written communication
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or client-facing role such as solutions engineering, technical account management, or implementation consulting, ideally at a SaaS company
- Some exposure to AI or machine-learning-powered products
- Comfort explaining AI features to a carrier
- Proactive, low-ego builder’s mindset
- Motivation to grow and take on more responsibility
- P&C insurance or insurtech exposure is a plus but not required
