Job Description
Solutions Engineer supporting healthcare compliance platform evaluations and migrations. Connecting technical demonstrations, customer needs, and product evolution for an international technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during platform evaluations and migrations
- Lead technical discovery, in-depth product demonstrations, and tailored presentations
- Build demo environments (sandboxes) and support technical configurations and adjustments
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful customer migrations
- Create technical documentation, migration guides, and supporting materials
- Translate technical capabilities into business value for customers and prospects
- Share feedback with Product and Engineering teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar technical pre-sales role
- Strong technical expertise and experience demonstrating complex products
- Experience working with enterprise customers and large organizations
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and IT processes in mid-sized or large enterprises
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to connect technical solutions to customer needs and business objectives
- Collaborative, autonomous, strategic, and comfortable working in dynamic environments
- High school diploma
- English-language resume required
