Job Description
Solutions Engineering Director at iSpot combining business intelligence and technical knowledge. Driving customer engagement and simplifying TV measurement for various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client and prospect teams to articulate and layout value propositions
- Translate complex concepts into simple terms for audiences
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Develop data-driven solutions and insights
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on iSpot product capabilities
- Ensure timely delivery of analysis that drives critical client KPIs
- Facilitate adoption of new product offerings
Requirements:
- 8+ years of media planning experience (Brand or Agency, both a plus)
- In-depth marketing, brand management experience
- Experience managing and growing SaaS and/or subscription revenue
- Willingness and comfort with travel to customer sites
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree preferred) in business, statistics, or engineering
