Job Description
Lead design and engineering of mechanical products at Analog Devices. Collaborate globally while managing project timelines and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and engineering of complex mechanical products from concept through production
- Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and vendors
- Drive complex projects and make critical engineering decisions
- Communicate clearly and professionally using email, text, and Microsoft Teams
- Plan, manage, and execute against timelines and deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent 4-year undergraduate degree)
- 15+ years of experience designing and engineering mechanical products across a mix of corporate and consulting environments
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and hands-on experience designing injection-molded, sheet metal, cast, and 3D-printed components
- Independent project management skills
- Advanced proficiency with SolidWorks for part and assembly design, 2D drawing creation (GD&T)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
