Job Description
Staff Product Designer shaping the future of Kraken in the crypto space. Leading design direction and influencing product strategy at a fully remote company.
Responsibilities:
- Set and elevate the design vision across key product areas
- Lead the design of complex problem spaces
- Shape and evolve Kraken’s design system and visual language
- Drive alignment across teams and influence product strategy
- Mentor and support other designers
- Use customer insights to inform decisions
- Lead design critiques and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product design
- Strong UX and visual design skills
- Advanced prototyping skills
- Proven ability to lead design direction for large product areas
- Data-informed mindset
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles
