Job Description

Staff Product Manager leading media measurement and data collaboration products at Walmart, the world’s largest retailer. Defining strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle execution, and data-driven outcomes for supplier growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management across discovery, development, launch, and value realization
  • Build customer and business understanding using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms
  • Prioritize impactful solutions and measurable product outcomes
  • Lead stakeholder alignment and influence technical direction with Engineering, Design, and Analytics partners
  • Use data-driven decision-making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize outcomes
  • Mentor product managers on roadmap development, launch readiness, and customer-centric practices
  • Identify innovation opportunities and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management
  • Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for complex or related products
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Demonstrated ability to apply data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics, and experimentation
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies and software product management principles
  • Experience translating customer insights and market trends into prioritized, measurable problem statements and product outcomes
  • Ability to mentor and elevate less experienced product managers
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager
  • Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
