Job Description
Staff Product Manager responsible for device processing technology at ecoATM. Leading efforts to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs in processing centers.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for device processing technology.
- Achieve measurable reduction in cost per unit processed.
- Develop homegrown inventory and operational systems.
- Integrate and optimize Warehouse Management System.
- Drive initiatives that create efficiency gains and additional value capture from devices.
- Provide reporting and instrumentation for operational visibility.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in operational, warehouse, supply chain, or inventory-heavy environments.
- Experience owning or implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Deposco experience is a plus.
- Proven success improving efficiency in complex, multi-stage workflows.
- Strong analytical capability and comfort defining operational KPIs with data teams.
- Experience with inventory state transitions, condition-based workflows, refurbishment, repair, or reverse logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior IC in a cross-functional, execution-focused environment.
