Job Description
Strategic Recruiter sourcing skilled trades talent for high-profile roles at SST. Manage recruitment process with heavy sourcing and ensure positive candidate experience while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for strategic skilled trades roles including heavy sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top candidates to hiring managers
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
- Manage a dynamic workload and reprioritize when direction dramatically shifts
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Requirements:
- 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles
- Heavy sourcing skills; strong hunter-mentality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of important details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, addressing regular high-demand requests and needs quickly
