Job Description
Director of Recruiting responsible for recruiting and supporting new agents at The Assurance Group. Assisting agents to understand growth opportunities and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruiting new agent producers and field managers
- Assist potential agents in understanding growth opportunities with TAG
- Communicate with agents for smooth and efficient onboarding
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or undergraduate degree
- Three (3) or more years’ experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Knowledge of email, word processing, spreadsheet programs, internet, Adobe, etc.
