Job Description
Strategy Director leading learning strategies for HIV Prevention at Gilead. Involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align brand strategies.
Responsibilities:
- shape and drive the end-to-end strategical learning strategy for Gilead’s HIV Prevention (PrEP) commercial organization
- ensure learning solutions are tightly aligned to brand strategy, launch priorities, and evolving customer and market needs
- partner closely with the PrEP field ecosystem and cross-functional stakeholders
- lead the long-range learning and capability strategy for the HIV PrEP franchise
- create, execute, and present data-driven learning strategies and training execution
Requirements:
- 12+ Years with BS/BA OR 10+ Years with MS/MA or MBA
- 10+ years of experience in biopharma or healthcare
- significant experience in Commercial Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or Commercial Strategy
- strong background in HIV and/or PrEP
- proven ability to think strategically
- excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) and/or formal training in adult learning or instructional design
