Job Description
Supervisor managing a team within a power project in a remote role from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Focused on team performance and improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Daily leadership and motivation of the team to achieve the established goals
- Conduct coaching and regular feedback sessions
- Promote internal communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments
- Implement internal and client-specific processes
- Quickly adapt to change
Requirements:
- Ability to monitor, analyze and manage performance metrics (AHT, QA, productivity, adherence, SLAs) — with a clear focus on daily execution
- Confident handling of escalations, sensitive customer cases and operational risks; able to make well‑founded decisions immediately
- Clear understanding of data confidentiality, process compliance and the requirements of regulated industries
- Flexibility to support onboarding, nesting and training activities during ramp‑up phases
- Confident verbal and written communication skills with customers, colleagues and team members in both German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
- Competence in coaching, developing and motivating advisors to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
