Job Description

SVP of Sales Operations at Driven Brands promoting sales excellence through metrics management and coaching teams. Leading strategic initiatives with significant P&L impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with Sales Management, Sales Training, Sales Planning, Sales Compensation, Marketing and other parts of the business to promote sales excellence through various means
  • Includes metrics management, analyses of sales results, customer segmentation and targeting and coaching
  • May be involved in the design and implementation of the activity statements of the Representatives and design of sales incentives plans

Requirements:

  • Leads a key functional area with significant corporate or P&L impact
  • Establishes functional strategy, influencing and impacting company's long-term plan and results
  • Effects direct and recognizable impact to EBITDA
  • Generally succession candidate for C-level role/ET, with some exceptions for singularly-focused roles
  • Sets vision and direction that will play an important role in organization's long-term success and viability
  • Develops and implements strategic plans
  • Determines, secures and organizes resources to achieve vision and strategy
