Job Description
SVP Specialty Deposits Banker focusing on delivering deposit products to clients and driving growth. Collaborating with Treasury Management team to develop innovative banking solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Avidbank’s deposit products to new and existing client segments
- Drive the growth of deposits for the bank with the Treasury Management team
- Develop distinctive deposit products and support models for excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and internal controls
- Maintain knowledge of competitors' products and technologies
- Present revenue forecasts during financial planning processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in treasury management or commercial banking sales
- Proven leadership experience driving results in specialty deposit verticals
- Deep understanding of deposit products, cash management, and banking operations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a client-first approach.
