Job Description

Sales professional promoting Wealthspire's Executive Benefits solutions through partnerships and client relations. Driving new business and achieving profitability targets while managing sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Wealthspire’s Executive Benefits services to internal Wealthspire advisors
  • Create and maintain referral relationships with intermediaries and joint partnerships
  • Sell the complete offering of company services
  • Acquire new customers
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process
  • Ensure a seamless transition of customer responsibility to account management team
  • Achieve assigned sales quota
  • Meet assigned expectations for profitability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field)
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Relevant industry licenses (e.g., insurance, securities like Series 6/7/63, depending on scope) are typically required or strongly preferred
  • 12–15+ years in sales, business development, or executive benefits/financial services of total professional experience
